If you receive our monthly newsletter mailer with coupons, the per coupon free play amount you received most recently will be the same for the month we re-open. For example, if your last coupons were for $10 each, your coupons will be $10 each when we re-open.
Our extended closure will be factored in as it relates to your Resort Club card status for 2021.
For those eligible to earn comp points on your Resort Club account, your comp points remain intact. We will not start expiring unused comp points again until September 1, 2020.

We are closely monitoring the state of Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) Guidelines, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, as well as working with local Health Departments, and will continue to make changes as necessary to our protocols and procedures. This program has been developed in consultation with our Chief Medical Officer, Dr. David Nacos.
We are taking steps to keep our guests, employees, and our community safe in accordance with Iowa law. The health and safety of our employees and guests is our number one priority.

Frequent hand washing or sanitizing is recommended while visiting our facility.
Training
All employees are trained on the new COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols including: enhanced cleaning processes, Stay at Home Guidelines, Mask Wearing, Social Distancing, Hand Washing and other hygiene requirements.
Masks & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Masks are required when visiting our facility. Please note that we have installed plastic barriers between slot machines that provide a social distancing barrier, and properly spaced a number of our slot machines apart, for guests seated at a slot machine. Employees will wear masks in public spaces unless barriers are in place between them and the public providing social distancing. Appropriate PPE will be worn by employees based on their role and responsibilities and in adherence to state or local regulations and guidance.
Gloves
Employees will wear gloves based on position and duty. Gloves will be worn by employees whose responsibilities require them, as determined by medical experts.
Hand Washing
All employees have been instructed on when and how to properly wash their hands, or use sanitizer when a sink is not available.

- Do you have a running nose, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing or any other respiratory symptom?
- Do you have a fever of 100℉ or above?
- Do you feel sick?
- Do you know you have you been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19?
Security
Security Officers will assist our guests and employees with the new safety procedures and protocols.
Cleaning
We've enhanced our already stringent cleaning regimen and placed signage to keep everyone mindful of social distancing and other CDC and Health Department guidelines. We use cleaning products and protocols which meet EPA guidelines and are effective against viruses, bacteria and other airborne pathogens. We place an emphasis on frequent contact surfaces including, but not limited to, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, hallway handrails, room locks, and stair handrails.
Additional cleaning measures are listed below.
Cleaning
- Bathrooms will be deep cleaned throughout the day.
- Electronic items like ATM's will be cleaned and disinfected routinely and guests may use the machine safe wipes around property if desired.
- Our employees will perform intense cleaning and sanitizing on all tools and equipment before, during and after each shift.
- Dining tables, bar tops, stools, chairs and all other reusable items will be sanitized frequently.
- Restaurant menus will be single use and disposable.
- Food preparation stations will be sanitized frequently.
- Kitchens to be deep cleaned and sanitized daily.
- Shared tools and equipment will be sanitized before, during, and after each shift.
Casino
When Do Iowa Casinos Open
- Signs are posted for all to follow mask requirements and maintain social distancing.
- All patrons must wear a mask or face covering unless seated at a properly distanced booth or table to eat or drink.
- We will ask you to briefly lower your mask as you pass through security for identity verification.
- Table game players must wear a mask and are required to sanitize hands before play.
- Bar seating is limited according to social distance guidelines.
- All patrons must consume their food or beverage while seated.
- Smoking is not permitted at live table games.
- Since our slot machines available for play either have plastic barriers installed or are socially distanced in accordance with Iowa law, masks may be pulled down while guests play at a socially distanced slot machine.
- During this time, large bags and backpacks are prohibited.
- Some slot machines are rearranged to space them further apart, social distancing is encouraged through signage, and some machines will be placed temporarily out of service to maintain social distancing guidelines.
- Guests are encouraged through posted signage, to use hand sanitizer and machine safe sanitizing wipes prior to play. These are available throughout the casino.
- Our casino has an advanced air filtration system that brings in fresh outside air over 10.5 times every hour making it double or more what a doctor's office and treatment room are required to have.
Food and Beverage
- Bar Seating is limited according to social distance guidelines.
- Group size is limited to no more than eight (8) people unless all members of the group are members of the same household.
- We will limit reservations or adjust line queuing during peak periods to maintain social distancing.
- All customers must wear a mask/face covering unless seated at a table or booth, and must consume their food or beverage while seated at the table or booth.
- All food items will be individually plated and served with the exception of buffets.
- Condiments to be served in individual packets or sanitized individual containers.
- Refilling cups is prohibited. New cups are to be used for additional beverages.
- All food and beverage items to be placed on the table, counter, or other surface instead of handed directly to a guest.
- We have reduced seating to meet social distancing guidelines of 6 feet of separation.
- Our hosts and managers will manage social distancing and help employees and guests adhere to the 6 foot requirement. Please let a host or manager know if you have concerns about social distancing.
Hotel
- The CDC recommends masks be removed when swimming or in the hot tub. Masks should be put back on if maintaining social distance from others not in your group is not possible.
- An employee will sanitize the button panels at regular intervals in all elevators.
- Elevator occupancy will be limited to four people at a time.
- Housekeeping services will be provided on check-out only (no stay over service).
- For stays over 3 days, a hotel representative will access the room for wellness check purposes.
- We will not offer turn down service.
- Extra pillows and blankets will not be in rooms but available upon request.
- Room service requests are unavailable but you may call any of the restaurants directly from your room and arrange a carry out order.
- On property shuttle service is available and all guests are required to wear masks/face coverings.
- Shuttle service for groups is temporarily suspended.
Pool/Hot Tub
Are Iowa Casino Open
- Our pool and hot tub are open with seating arranged in accordance with social distancing guidelines.
- Group size is limited to no more than eight (8) unless all group members are of the same household.
- Masks/face coverings are encouraged when it is not possible to maintain the six (6) foot social distancing from those not of the same household.
- Masks should not be worn while in the water.
Event Services
- Live performances will be held as long as event seating is reduced to meet social distancing guidelines of 6 feet separation between each group or individual attending alone.
- All guests must be seated during the events and must consume food and beverages while seated.
- Private events, such as weddings, meetings, conventions may have a limit on attendance based on any current state Public Health Proclamations. Please inquire with our sales team when calling to book events.
Spa
- Masks/face coverings are required during all services unless a service is being performed on the face requiring the removal and all parties remain six (6) feet apart from all other guests.
- The CDC recommends masks be removed when using hot tubs and saunas.
- Spa employees will wear face shields or masks while performing services.
- Services will be provided on an appointment basis only.
- Services may be reduced by 10 minutes and appointments will be staggered to allow for additional cleaning in between each guest.
- Clients of the spa must sign an intake form with health screening questions pursuant to the requirements of the Iowa Department of Public Health.
Retail Outlets
- Displays and retail assortments will be limited.
- All sales final until further notice (including phone orders).
Entertainment
